SQL+PHP Tutorial

So I am looking for an SQL+PHP tutorial .
I need one that explains how to set up an SQL server and such.

I can code in Java , Haskell etc etc , and can understand SQL/php code when I see it , but I need some tutorial with good examples so that I can get used to the way this things work in reality.
